Your roadmap

Your AI Roadmap, built around your business.

The AI Adoption Roadmap is a thorough, prioritised plan: what to do with AI, in what order, and why. We build it with your team over three to four weeks, and it stays a living document, yours to keep and keep updating as things change.

What it is

Built around your business, from the inside.

We build the Roadmap from the inside, with your leadership and your team, and around your data, your tools and your people. Every priority in it earns its place because it’s right for your business.

It covers all three pillars, and it’s ruthless about priorities: the few things that will actually move your business, in the order that makes sense.

What’s involved

A proper piece of work, over three to four weeks.

It’s a structured, hands-on engagement: workshops, working sessions and real conversations with your team. Here’s roughly how it runs.

  1. 1

    Briefing

We brief your leadership on what's coming and why, so everyone is on the same page before we start.

  2. 2

    Discovery

The deep dive, and where most of the value comes from:

    • Risk analysis workshop
    • Opportunity analysis workshop
    • Technology analysis
    • Data analysis, with a working session for your head of IT
    • A short survey of your team, on the skills and tools they already use
  3. 3

    The plan

We pull it all together into a prioritised roadmap: the risks to manage, the opportunities worth chasing, and what to tackle first.

  4. 4

    Present and refine

We present it to your leadership, then give you time to challenge and shape it until it's right. It's your roadmap, after all.

It’s deliberately thorough, and that’s the point. The rigour you put in now is the strongest predictor of whether AI actually works for you later, instead of stalling the way most pilots do.

What you get

A living roadmap you keep updating.

Because it’s digital, you keep updating it as your business and the AI landscape move on. That’s the agility, built into the thing itself rather than promised on a slide.

In the Roadmap

  • A prioritised set of initiatives, sequenced by value and readiness
  • Cost estimates, and the likely impact on roles and your team
  • Timings, dependencies and milestones
  • The risks to manage, with a plan for each
  • Recommended next steps, and where we can help (or where you run with it yourselves)

What it costs

A fixed price, scaled to your size.

No open-ended consulting, no surprise invoices. The Roadmap is a fixed price, set by the size of your team and agreed before we start. We’ll talk it through in a short call, no obligation. And if you haven’t already, the free AI Maturity Assessment is the natural first step.
