Privacy
Your information, handled with care.
Last updated: June 2026
The short version
AiGILE helps Australian businesses adopt AI across strategy, technology and people. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
The plain truth: we only collect what you give us, we use it to talk with you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, and the reason you are getting in touch. A phone number and a message are optional. If you tick the newsletter box, we record that you opted in.
We do not ask for sensitive information, and we would rather you did not send any.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and have a useful conversation about your AI needs. If you opted in to BRAiKING News, to send you the occasional practical note on AI adoption. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
To run the site and respond to you, we rely on a few trusted services that act as our processors:
- Make.com, which routes your enquiry through to us
- Attio, our CRM, where we keep track of our conversations
- MailerLite, which sends the newsletter if you opted in
Where it is stored
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Some of these services store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email we send. To do any of this, email hello@aigile.biz and we will sort it out.
Cookies
We keep the site simple and do not use tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice first and tell you what we use and why.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
Questions or concerns
If you have a question about your privacy, or you are not happy with how we have handled your information, email hello@aigile.biz and we will do our best to put it right. You can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
